By accessing or using the cfo.bot platform and the Huxley AI assistant (collectively, the "Service") operated by Profit Leap, Inc. ("Profit Leap," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Service Description

cfo.bot provides AI-powered financial insights, bookkeeping automation, and advisory tools for small businesses, backed by certified CPAs. The Service integrates with third-party financial platforms to aggregate and analyze your data.

The Service is intended for informational and operational purposes only and does not constitute professional tax, legal, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals for specific financial decisions.

Payment & Billing

• Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Pricing details are available on our website.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

Acceptable Use

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination
